Return Policy

As each piece is handcrafted to order, we do not accept returns. Please ensure you review product details carefully before placing your order.

Refund & Dispute Policy

Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged. If your order is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

To request a refund:

  • Email uniquelypackaged@outlook.com

  • Include your name

  • Attach clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed via Stripe to your original payment method. Refunds generally appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
